AskPrice displays product information, prices, and reduced-size product thumbnails to identify the items being compared. We respect intellectual-property rights and respond promptly to proper notices. This page explains how to send one.

Copyright (DMCA) notices

If you believe content on AskPrice infringes your copyright, send us a notice containing the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
  2. Identification of the material you want removed, with enough information for us to locate it — a direct AskPrice URL works best.
  3. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Send notices to [email protected] with the subject "DMCA notice", or by mail to LINDA - SHOPPING LLP, 18 Abay Avenue, Saryarka District, Astana, Republic of Kazakhstan.

We review complete notices promptly, remove or disable access to the identified material where appropriate, and reply to the contact details you provide. Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), knowingly and materially misrepresenting that material is infringing can make the sender liable for damages.

Counter-notices

If material you posted was removed in response to a notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with the elements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3): identification of the removed material and where it appeared, your name, address, and telephone number, a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief that the removal was a mistake, consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and your signature. AskPrice currently hosts no user-submitted content, so this section will mainly matter if we add user submissions in the future.

Trademark and other content complaints

Retailer and brand names appear on AskPrice only to identify the products and prices shown, and product images appear as reduced-size thumbnails identifying the items being compared. Their appearance does not imply any affiliation or endorsement. If you own rights in content shown here and believe its use goes beyond identification, email [email protected] with the URL and a description of your concern — we review every such report.

Scope

Everything published on AskPrice today is published by us — there are no user accounts and no user-submitted content — so complaints are handled directly by our team. If we add user submissions in the future, this page will be updated with a repeat-infringer policy.
