The Bokara Rug Co. 4042 Shapur Area Rug is a hand-knotted floor covering measuring 7'9" x 9'9". Inspired by antique Oriental designs, it features a contemporary color palette with a distinctive abrash effect created through a weaving technique that blends two hues. Made in China with a high knot count of approximately 240 per square inch and using fine wool from New Zealand and Mongolia, the rug combines the timeless appearance of an heirloom with modern durability.
