The Alyson Layne 10k gold 3/4 carat T.W. lab-grown diamond round eternity band is a women's ring featuring a continuous circle of round lab-grown diamonds set in a shared prong style. Crafted in 10k white gold with a rhodium plating and polished finish, the band has a rounded shank and measures 1/10 inch in width.
