The MIYABI Birchwood 6.5" Bunka Knife is a precision kitchen knife with a compact, lightweight design that combines the versatility of a chef's knife with the accuracy of a santoku. Crafted with SG2 micro-carbide powder steel, it features a 101-layer flower Damascus blade and a traditional Japanese Karelian birch handle. The blade has a 9.5° to 12° edge sharpened via the Honbazuke process and cryo-hardened to Rockwell 63 for long-lasting sharpness. This hand-crafted knife measures 12.09" in length and comes with a manufacturer's lifetime warranty.
