About this product

Bob Books Set 1 is a phonics-based early reader series designed for children aged 4 to 6. This boxed set contains 12 small, easy-to-read books with simple sentences and short vowel words using only four letter sounds—M, A, T, and S—in the first story. Each book features 7 to 20 unique words, two- and three-letter combinations like 'sat' and 'can', and minimal sight words. The stories are engaging with humorous illustrations in two colors that support reading without distraction. Children progress gradually through new letter sounds until they can read books with all letters except Q. The set includes a parent guide with reading tips and is suitable for guided reading levels A to C with a Lexile measure of BR-290L.
