Its wide, flat surface is ideal for preparing traditional dishes like Dosa, roti, pancakes, and crepes, as well as frying eggs, baking cookies, and grilling vegetables and meats. The pan features a natural non-stick finish from high-temperature seasoning with 100% non-GMO flaxseed oil, which improves over time with use. It is heat-resistant up to 500°F and safe for transfer from stovetop to table. Hand washing is recommended for care.
