Crafted in Seki City, Japan, it features a hand-sharpened double-bevel edge with a VG-MAX super steel core surrounded by 34 micro-layers of stainless Damascus cladding on each side. The hammered tsuchime finish reduces food adhesion and resists stains and corrosion. Its water-resistant pakkawood handle with traditional Japanese ridges ensures a secure grip, while the full composite tang provides excellent balance and durability.
