Happy Hearts by University Games is a cooperative board game designed for players aged 12 and up. It encourages teamwork as participants work together to collect six mindfulness matches by addressing life challenges such as sleep difficulties, unexpected delays, and hunger using calming techniques like reading, dragon breathing, and morning routines. The game includes a game board, foam die, team pawns, 60 mindfulness cards, 35 life challenge cards, and four voting cards. It comes in a compact box with dimensions of 10.75" L x 10.75" W x 2" H and weighs 1.76 lbs. Made from cardboard, cardstock, foam, and plastic, the game is wipe-clean and suitable for 2 to 4 players. It supports social-emotional learning through playful, guided reflection.
