The Miyabi Hisho 4-piece steak knife set features four forged, full-tang knives with fine carbide steel 61 blades that are ice-hardened for durability and corrosion resistance. Each blade has a scalpel-like sharpness with a precise 9.5° to 12° edge angle, designed with a thin Japanese profile for clean slicing. The handles are triple-riveted and made from glass-fiber enhanced polyoxymethylene, offering an ergonomic grip. The set comes with a bamboo storage box and is handcrafted in Seki, Japan. Dishwasher safe.
