The LeRose by Lexi and Rose 10k white gold lab-created ceylon sapphire and lab-created white sapphire filigree locket pendant necklace features a vintage-inspired design with a polished finish. The oval center stone measures 6 mm x 4 mm and is set in a prong setting, surrounded by smaller lab-created white sapphires.
