The Messermeister Oliva Elite 8-Piece Magnetic Block Set features eight professional-grade knives crafted from German stainless steel, including a chef's knife, bread knife, carving knife, utility knife, paring knife, and more. Each blade is forged in Solingen, Germany, using a one-piece hot-drop hammer method for strength and durability. The set includes an acacia wood magnetic block that displays the knives with their Mediterranean olive wood handles. The blades are heat-treated to a Rockwell hardness of 57-58 and feature a precision 15° hand-stropped edge for sharpness. Designed without bolsters, the knives allow full use of the blade from heel to tip, simplifying cutting, sharpening, and honing. All pieces require hand washing only.
