About this product

Out of Oz by Gregory Maguire is the final novel in the Wicked Years series, concluding a richly layered reimagining of L. Frank Baum's Land of Oz. Set during a time of political upheaval, the story follows Rain, the granddaughter of Elphaba, as she comes of age and takes up her broom in a world fractured by war. Glinda faces house arrest, the Cowardly Lion flees justice, and the Emerald City prepares for conflict with Munchkinland. The narrative weaves together themes of power, identity, and legacy, culminating in a dramatic return by Dorothy. This 672-page paperback blends fantasy fiction with social commentary, delivering a climactic resolution to a saga that began with the bestselling novel Wicked.
