About this product

The Saramonic SmartMic+ is a compact directional microphone designed for smartphones and tablets, delivering clear audio capture through its cardioid polar pattern that focuses on sounds directly in front while minimizing background noise. Engineered for mobile creators, it plugs directly into the device's headphone jack with no batteries or complex setup required. The microphone features a gold-plated TRRS connector and includes a real-time audio monitoring option via a built-in headphone jack, supported by compatible apps. A foam windscreen reduces wind noise, and a sturdy bracket ensures stable positioning whether facing forward for selfies or outward to use the device’s rear camera. Weighing just 40 grams and built with durable metal, it fits easily in a pocket and withstands travel demands.
