DR MELAXIN TX Retinalsome Double Effect Eye Cream is a dual-formula skincare treatment designed to address dark circles, pigmentation, and signs of aging around the eyes. It combines tranexamic acid at 35,000 ppm with encapsulated retinal delivered via liposomes for effective, gentle action. The formula also includes niacinamide and adenosine to even skin tone and reduce wrinkles. Suitable for daily use, preferably at night, it should be applied around the eye area and gently tapped in.
