Its ridged surface creates distinct grill marks and allows fat to drain away, promoting healthier cooking. The pan features a stay-cool handle and hanging loop for safe handling and storage. It has a full disk base for even heat distribution and works on induction, electric, gas, halogen, glass top, and vitrified ceramic cooktops. The CeraGreen coating is PFAS-free and PTFE-free, composed of natural ingredients and certified as free of substances of very high concern. It can be washed by hand or in the dishwasher.
