Made from hard-anodized aluminum with a FernoGreen non-toxic nonstick coating, it resists PFOA, PFOS, BPA, and other harmful chemicals. The pan features a full disk base compatible with induction, gas, electric, and ceramic stovetops, and is oven-safe up to 450°F. A glass lid with a stainless steel rim and venting hole allows monitoring food while cooking. Ergonomic stainless steel handles provide a secure grip. Designed for low-oil or no-oil cooking, it simplifies cleanup with easy food release and requires hand washing only.
