The Cangshan 7" Santoku Knife is a Japanese-style chef’s knife designed for slicing, dicing, and chopping fruits, vegetables, and meats. Its hollow-edge blade reduces friction during cutting, allowing ingredients to glide off easily. Forged from high-carbon X-7 Damascus steel with a full tang and a durable G-10 fiberglass handle, the knife features a hammered texture and a deep blue wood magnetic sheath. It is hand-sharpened and comes with a limited lifetime warranty.
