Each blade is forged from high-carbon 420J2 steel, ice-hardened and twice sharpened to maintain a sharp edge with exceptional durability. The set includes a chef's knife, bread knife, cleaver, large and small santoku knives, and a paring knife, all with a traditional Damascus-inspired design and a distinctive dragon insignia. The handles are triple riveted G-10 fiberglass for secure grip and long-term use. Designed with a 15-20° blade angle, these knives meet Rockwell hardness 53 specifications for optimal performance. Hand washing is recommended for care. This set is backed by a lifetime warranty and imported.
