The BergHOFF Leo Graphite Enameled Cast Iron Stockpot is a 3.2-quart, 8-inch round cooking vessel made from durable enameled cast iron. Designed for use on induction, gas, electric, halogen, and vitro-ceramic stovetops, it offers even heat distribution and retention. The stockpot features wide, ergonomic handles and a vapor seal lid with basting bumps to lock in moisture and flavor during simmering, braising, or oven cooking. It is oven safe up to 535°F and can go directly from stovetop to table. The non-porous, stain-resistant enamel coating resists scratches and does not require preseasoning. For care, it should be hand washed with warm water and mild soap using a sponge or nylon pad, avoiding abrasives. Silicone sleeves are included to protect the finish when stacking.
