The Kasumi 3" Kawa Muki Knife is a handcrafted Japanese kitchen knife made by the 27th generation Sumikama family in Seki City. Featuring a Western-style bevel with a 15-degree angle and VG 10 stainless steel hardened to Rockwell C59-60, it delivers sharpness and long-lasting edge retention. The blade has 32 layers of stainless steel and a full tang for balanced handling. Its durable resin handle, constructed from multiple wood layers, ensures a secure, comfortable grip. This small utility knife is ideal for precision tasks like trimming or slicing. It should be hand washed and is imported.
