The Kasumi 3-Pc. Cutlery Set features three handcrafted knives made in Seki City, Japan, by the 27th generation Sumikama family of knife makers. Each knife is forged with 32 layers of stainless steel and a VG 10 core hardened to Rockwell C59-60 for long-lasting sharpness. The western-style bevel at a 15-degree angle offers superior cutting performance compared to traditional European designs. The durable resin handles, constructed from multiple wood layers, provide a comfortable grip. This set includes a paring knife, utility knife, and chef's knife. All pieces are meant to be hand washed and imported.
