The Cangshan Maya 7" Nakiri Knife is a handcrafted kitchen knife featuring a razor-sharp blade made from 67-layer X-7 Damascus steel and an African blackwood handle with an octagonal shape for a secure grip. Designed for efficient chopping and push cuts, its tall blade offers excellent knuckle clearance and a longer cutting edge for larger produce. The knife is hand-sharpened to a 16-degree angle by master bladesmiths and has a Rockwell hardness rating of 60 +/- 1, ensuring long-lasting sharpness.
