The Cangshan Maya 9" Bread Knife is a handcrafted cutlery piece designed for precision slicing. Forged from 67 layers of X-7 Damascus steel, it features a serrated blade that easily cuts through bread crusts without crushing soft interiors. The African blackwood handle has an octagonal shape for a secure grip. Each knife is hand-sharpened to a 16-degree angle by master bladesmiths and comes with a protective sheath. Its Rockwell hardness rating of 60 +/- 1 ensures long-lasting edge retention. This knife measures 14.09" in length and is part of a limited lifetime warranty collection.
