The Cangshan Kita Series 7" Santoku Knife is a Japanese-style chef’s knife designed for efficient slicing, dicing, and chopping of fruits, vegetables, and meats. Its hollow-edge design reduces friction during cutting, allowing ingredients to glide off the blade smoothly. Forged with high-carbon X-7 Damascus steel and featuring a full tang for balance and durability, the knife has a G-10 fiberglass handle for a secure grip. It comes with a deep blue wood magnetic Saya-style sheath for safe storage and includes a limited lifetime warranty. Hand washing is recommended for care.
