The Cangshan Kita Series 8-Piece Knife Block Set features a collection of high-performance kitchen knives and accessories housed in a durable maple wood block. Each knife is forged from high-carbon X-7 Damascus steel with a full tang for balance and strength, including a chef's knife, bread knife, utility knife, paring knife, peeling knife, honing steel, and shears. The handles are made of G-10 fiberglass with a deep blue and black faux-wood-grain pattern, secured by a single mosaic rivet. The block includes 16 slots to store the included tools and additional cutlery. All pieces require hand washing and come with a limited lifetime warranty.
