Each blade has a double-bevel, 15-20 degree angle and is ice-hardened and twice sharpened for precision cutting. The matte black ceramic coating resists bacteria, stains, and acidic foods. The asymmetrical handle incorporates MicroDot technology for improved grip and control. This set includes a carving knife, bread knife, two santoku knives, a chef’s knife, and a paring knife, all housed in a tempered glass block. Hand wash only. Made in China.
