Asmadi Games' Innovation: Echoes of the Past is a tabletop strategy expansion for the 2010 game Innovation. It includes 110 cards divided into age-based decks (Age 1 to Age 10) and five achievement cards. Players build civilizations by acquiring increasingly powerful cards across ages, stacking them to strengthen their holdings. Special actions, known as 'dogma actions,' are triggered by cards in play. The game introduces variable deck sizes based on player count, altering progression dynamics. The first player to claim four to six achievements wins. This expansion maintains the core civilization-building mechanics of the original while adjusting card distribution for different group sizes.
