The Cangshan 8" Chef's Knife is a high-performance kitchen tool designed for slicing, dicing, mincing, and chopping a variety of ingredients. Crafted from forged, full-tang X-7 Damascus steel with a 60 +/- 2 Rockwell hardness rating, it features a wide blade for precision and control during straight or rocking motions. The knife has a durable G-10 fiberglass handle and comes with a deep blue wood magnetic sheath for safe storage. It is hand wash only and imported.
