The cookware combines a thick aluminum core for fast, even heating with a polished stainless steel exterior and flush rivets for a smooth cooking surface. Designed for all stovetops including induction, it is oven safe up to 500°F. The handles have a heat-releasing V-shaped cutout to stay cool during use.
