The Marcato Pasta Fresca Machine is an electric kitchen appliance that combines dough mixing, kneading, rolling, and cutting functions. It produces three traditional Italian pasta shapes—lasagna, fettuccine, and tagliolini—from flour and liquid in as little as three minutes. The machine can handle up to 1.7 pounds of dough and features 10 adjustable thickness settings, ranging from 0.023" to 0.188". It also works for making pizza, bread, tortillas, cookies, and other dough-based foods. Constructed with ABS, polycarbonate, chrome steel, anodized aluminum, and resin, it requires wiping clean after use. Made in Italy, it comes with attachments and a manual.
