The Weston 2-in-1 Indoor Smoker & 6 Qt Slow Cooker combines countertop smoking and slow cooking in a single appliance. It features a nonstick 6-quart cooking vessel suitable for roasting up to a 6 lb chicken or 4 lb roast. The smoker operates in three modes: hot smoke for cooking meats and fish, cold smoke for flavoring cheese and eggs without heat, and combo mode for deep smoky flavor followed by cooking. An adjustable metal rack allows stacking multiple food tiers. A built-in temperature probe monitors internal food temp, and digital controls manage settings with automatic switch to Warm or shut-off. Includes a 16 oz party dipper for serving cheeses and dips. Constructed with stainless steel and ceramic components, it is dishwasher safe and operates at 360–370 watts.
