About this product

Barbie Rise & Surprise Pet Birthday Series Doll and Accessories is a novelty toy featuring a fashion doll with long, colorful hair that changes color when exposed to cold or warm water. The doll comes in gift-box-inspired packaging that unfolds to reveal multiple surprises, including a mini pet puppy, party attire, accessories like a tiara and shoes, and themed items such as a cake, balloon, and party hats. A tall slide mechanism allows the pet to ride into the birthday celebration. The doll cannot stand independently, and the product includes no batteries. Made from plastic and polyester, it is designed for children ages 3 and up.
