About this product

The Cuisine::pro® Damashiro Emperor Hisa 9-piece knife block set features eight high-performance kitchen knives crafted from premium Japanese 420J2 steel, ice-hardened and twice sharpened for a durable, razor-sharp edge. Each blade is forged with traditional tsuchime hammering and displays distinctive Damascus-inspired patterns resembling flowing water. The set includes a chef's knife, bread knife, santoku knives, utility knife, and paring knife, all housed in a sleek wooden block. Designed to meet Rockwell hardness 53 standards, the knives deliver precision cutting performance. Hand washing is recommended for maintenance.
