About this product

The Miyabi Evolution 6" Chef's Knife is a handcrafted kitchen knife made in Seki, Japan, combining Japanese blade craftsmanship with German engineering. Forged from FC61 fine carbide steel and ice-hardened for durability and corrosion resistance, it features a scalpel-like sharpness and a thin, authentic Japanese blade profile. The ergonomic triple-riveted handle provides comfort during extended use, supporting both Western chopping and Asian rocking motions. Each knife is meticulously assembled through over 100 steps and takes 42 days to complete.
