About this product

The Staub Ceramics 4-Piece Mixed Baking Dish Set includes a 9" x 9" square covered baking dish, a 9" x 7" oval dish, and a 7.5" x 6.75" rectangular dish. Made from stoneware with a vitreous glass porcelain enamel finish, the set resists thermal shock and impact. It distributes heat evenly and retains warmth well, keeping food moist during baking. The dishes transition safely from freezer to oven to table. The square casserole features a locking lid for heat retention. All pieces are oven, broiler, microwave, and freezer safe up to 572°F. They are dishwasher safe, though hand washing is recommended for longevity.
